Go to the Chiliad Mountain State Wilderness near Fort Zancudo.

You will come across a bunch of random events where you find a clearing in the desert with some trucks with bullet holes in them, and dying drug dealers.

As you go further down the hill, you will find two more drug dealers that are dying, and a silver briefcase with cash in it.

It is called the “No Country for Old Men” Easter Egg because it resembles the same scenrio Josh Brolin’s character played in the movie, No Country for Old Men.
